Buying from Miranda’s collection.
Miranda finds perfumes in different places to explore new fragrances. As her personal collection changes, she offers some bottles for sale. Please review each item’s photographs and description, including its condition, remaining quantity and packaging, before purchasing. Ask if anything is unclear.
Changed your mind?
For private sales from Miranda’s personal collection, we do not offer change-of-mind returns simply because you no longer want a bottle or dislike its fragrance. Scent preferences are personal, and disliking a scent does not, by itself, mean an item is faulty.
This does not exclude any cancellation or other rights that apply to your particular purchase, or any applicable marketplace buyer protection.
Please check within 24 hours where possible.
Please inspect your bottles promptly, ideally within 24 hours of receiving your parcel or collecting it from the Post Office or another collection point. This means when you actually receive or collect it, not when it is first marked ready for collection.
The 24-hour request helps us investigate promptly. It is not a deadline that removes your applicable legal rights or marketplace buyer protection. An order being marked completed in our records does not remove those rights either.
Broken, damaged or not as described?
Contact Miranda through your existing order conversation or the marketplace where you bought the item. Cleo will also be available to help once she is online.
Please share your order reference, explain what has happened and, where safe, provide photographs of the bottle and packaging. Keep the packaging where possible to help us investigate. Do not handle broken glass unnecessarily or send a leaking or broken bottle back without first checking safe return arrangements with us.
We will look into the problem and discuss the appropriate next steps. Photos help us understand the issue; they are not a condition that overrides your rights.

The arrangements for your particular purchase and any applicable marketplace process matter. Nothing on this page excludes responsibility for an inaccurate description or limits rights that apply by law. Where a sale is made in the course of a business, applicable consumer rights, including distance-selling cancellation rights where relevant, still apply.
